That Laser Studio Policies

Quotations and Orders

  • Validity: All quotations are valid for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date issued.

  • Acceptance and Fees: Quotes are complimentary. Upon written approval to proceed, the Client becomes liable for all artwork, manufacturing, and materials ordered, even for cancellations during production.

  • Artwork Changes: Changes after the initial design will incur additional charges.

  • Artwork Approval: Written approval of all artwork is required before manufacturing commences.

Payment Terms

  • Full Payment Due: Full payment must be received prior to manufacturing.

  • Excluded Services: Listed prices exclude Graphic Design, Artwork, Installation, Freight, Onsite Evaluations, Check Measures, Access Equipment, Traffic Control, Council Approvals, Onsite Inductions, or Job Safety Analysis. Additional fees may apply for these services if required.

Lead Times

  • Estimated Lead Time: An estimated lead time of 6 to 8 weeks will be provided upon order placement, starting upon receipt of full payment.

  • Rush Orders: Urgent orders can be accommodated for an additional fee, based on size and urgency.

  • Shipping: Goods will only be shipped upon confirmation of payment.

  • Lead Time Impacts: Incorrect, missing, or partial delivery information may affect lead times.

Warranty

  • Damage Reporting: Damage must be reported immediately upon receipt. Replacements will be provided upon return of damaged goods.

Liability

  • Limitations: That Laser Studio is not liable for labor, materials, or damages, including consequential damages, installation costs, personal injury, or property damage.

  • Warranty Exclusion: Defects caused by client misuse, accidental damage, or improper maintenance are not covered under warranty.

Refunds

  • Change of Mind: No refunds will be issued for changes of mind regarding material color, thickness, or size.

  • Post-Installation: No refunds will be granted after installation.

  • Order Deadline: Refunds will not be provided after 7 days from the order date as materials may be purchased and work may commence.

  • Conditions for Refund: Refunds will be given if the product is returned in its original form, undamaged.

  • Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for thoroughly checking provided mock-ups and reporting any errors promptly.

Installation

  • Client Responsibility: Stencils will be provided, and installation must be arranged by the client. We are a manufacturer only and do not offer installation services.

Pricing

  • Fixed Prices: Prices are non-negotiable and fixed.

  • Tailored Packages: Tailored packages are available upon request.
